ACTIFIRM ACTILIFT FIRMING MASK

I love to use facial masques, epecially homemade ones. Recently I started featuring a Masque of the Week {MOTW} on this blog. The Actifirm Actilift Firming Mask does just what is says ~FIRMS. And the results are immediate and awesome.

I first applied the mask to only one side of my face so I could see it working. As the mask began to dry, my face became taut and tight, almost freakishly so! I rinsed it off after the allotted time and compared. One side of my face was definitely firmer, epecially around my chin and jawline. I had to do the other side of my face so it could be tight and toned, too! Didn't want to look lopsided, ya know!

ACTIFIRM FIRMING SELF TANNER~ review

Last night I got my tan on and it looks great!

I am very pale (think Casper the ghost, but with freckles) and have not been out in the sun this summer, so was worried about applying a self tanner. I've tried self tanners in the past with mixed results and it is not a product I use regularly.

Here's the skinny (it's firming, get it?):
I exfoliated my body first using this,  rinsed off & towel dryed. Self tanner application is best on smooth skin. I poured product in my hand and rubbed in a circular motion, over-lapping and covering all areas. I was a little afraid when I saw the dark color, but I assure you it fades as you blend it in. Actifirm Firming Self Tanner colors immediately with a "color guide", leaving a golden tan to guide application. Color darkens over the next couple of hours.

Tips: Wear gloves when applying, I didn't and should have. Wash hands immediately after applying. I used exfoliator scrub on my hands to remove excess color. Allow product to dry fully before dressing.

I love this product and would purchase it again. Application was easy and the color turned out beautifully.
